Chubb 3K74E 5 Lever Mortice Lock – Polished Brass

The Chubb/Union 3K74E is a high-security E-series mortice lock designed for traditional swinging doors. Featuring a 5-lever mechanism and a robust double bolt design, it's ideal for heritage replacements or secure commercial applications.

This lock includes a 67mm case depth, 40mm backset, and a 57mm pitch. It features a brass deadbolt with hardened steel rollers and a protective steel plate covering the internal bolt work. The 3K74E is operated by key and handle from both sides of the door and comes with two pre-cut keys.
